People looking at homes currently are serious buyers. It's cold out so those who are looking now are typically ready to buy a home that matches their needs quickly.
The supply of homes will start increasing in the next few months. More homes on the market means more competition and potentially less money for you.
Interest rates could rise causing some buyers to lose buying power. It's important to think of the true cost to a buyer when you sell your property.
By selling now, you have the opportunity to be a non-contingent buyer just as more homes are coming on the market.
