As I waited in line to show a home on Saturday — there were five parties ahead of us and several parties behind — I spent some time thinking about how we could find more people who are interested in selling a property in Ada County. 

As my colleague Tommy Smith said, "Working with a buyer is like playing a game of musical chairs where there are 100 participants and only three chairs!"

So I asked myself, "Who might be interested in selling and wouldn't then also need to buy?"

Given I currently have my fourplex in Alaska for sale, my mind turned to people who might be tired of being landlords!
