What a great few days in Anaheim! I returned to Boise on Tuesday from the Keller Williams Realty annual conference inspired, tired, and full of great ideas to continue to guide and advise our clients no matter what the market or economy throws at us.
The first day we gathered for a presentation by Molly Fletcher who is an entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and former sports agent. Molly has written books about negotiating, being the best you can be, and creating a life full of energy.
Following Molly was terrific information from our founder, Gary Keller, and my friend, Jay Papasan, on how to succeed in the shifting real estate market. Although I’ve been through a couple of market shifts, the majority of agents in the country have been in business less than eight years and have only known a strong sellers’ market. Working with an agent who is experienced is key to getting the best results in any market!
The conference ended with an amazing inspirational morning. The audience was awed by the wonderful accomplishments and drive of the speakers and empowered by the culture of our company.
It’s amazing to be part of a company where information is exchanged freely and everyone wants everyone else to succeed and to serve our clients at the highest level. It's just part of the amazing culture at Keller Williams Realty!
Looks like next year we’re headed to Las Vegas!
