The Treasure Valley is buzzing with life!
The foothills are green, April showers brought May flowers, and the Boise event calendar is full of new and exciting things to do.
The masses are out in the parks, on patios, and on the trails, soaking up the sunshine an
d enjoying the beautiful weather.
People aren't the only thing coming out of hibernation. The real estate market has sprung to life. We're still quite low on listing inventory, but more and more homes are coming on the market each week.
This week there are 1,271 active homes on the market. That's up slightly from an average of 1,219 homes last week. This same week last year there were 1,213.
As we approach even nicer weather and longer days, more and more sellers will list their homes with real estate professionals across the Treasure Valley. More homes on the market means more competition for sellers.
