Spring is in the air! We are officially just hours away from spring, and Boise residents are already in the mood.
After the recent storms, today kicks off a warm-up with a week of mostly sunshine ahead. People are finally shaking off their winter blues, filling the parks, sporting shorts, and house-hunting is on the rise!
We are super excited about the arrival of spring. The only problem is there aren't enough homes on the market for all the buyers who are looking! With the help of daylight savings, this month brings an extra hour and a half of light added to the end of each day. Perfect to give buyers that extra time for looking at your house! :-)
