We are super excited to be transforming a large home in the North End for some great seller clients!
Often there are things a seller could do to their home to help them net more money when they sell. However, they may not have the time, money, or vendor connections to do these repairs themselves.
As you know, Jill started our sister company, Perennial Home Transformations, in early 2020 to solve this challenge! Perennial pays for repairs and improvements up front and gets repaid at closing out of the seller’s equity. Plus, we coordinate all the repairs for the seller!
The transformation can be as simple as new carpet and paint or as complex as a whole-house remodel! Our current home transformation is somewhere in the middle — a bit more than a spit shine and a lot less than a gut job.
