One of the best financial moves I’ve ever made is to hire Jill Giese to sell my home. I had an older (1934 or 35) home in Boise’s North End. It had a great location but it had never been renovated and I hadn’t been able to keep up with things. Jill took over, created cost-effective ways to restore the house, and ended up making my house into a North End showplace.
