 We were skeptical about whether spending an additional $30k would make a difference. And it worked out  in — a big way! All of your recommendations worked out perfectly. Your choice of subcontractors, they really did a great job. It was simple with you arranging all the people and the work.

 When you told us about what you do, we thought, “Every agent does that," however we learned — not everybody does what you do! You didn’t mislead us and tell us for sure what was going to happen - you didn’t overpromise and you certainly delivered more than you promised!

 What you did with the house, we got a lot of compliments on it.  We know the new owners are going to love it as much as we did.
