Have you noticed? Boise is buzzing with life! The foothills are green, April showers brought May flowers, 
and the Boise event calendar is full of new and exciting things to do.
The masses are out in the parks, on patios, and the trails soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the beautiful weather.
People aren't the only thing coming out of hibernation. The real estate market has sprung to life. We're still quite low on listing inventory, but more and more homes are coming on the market each week.
As we approach even nicer weather and longer days, more and more sellers will list their homes with real estate professionals across the Treasure Valley. More homes on the market means more competition for sellers.
